I'm thrilled to recently discover the pain that my face and ear had been experiencing can be controlled by the way that I sleep at night!!! I am a cozy side sleeper by nature, but my ear and face had been hurting me the moment I woke for some weeks. I have been diagnosed with TMJ, but that doesn't mean I will keep that forever. I choose to let it go from my being and not own it.
In my research to relieve this, I discovered and experimented with becoming a back sleeper. I had to mindful and consciously change this. I am happy to report that I do not experience the severity or am even nearly as bothered as I had been since.
