Fall is happening and I am seeing that lots of people are getting the warm and fuzzy feelings. The air this morning was crisp and felt amazing. The humidity that dries out our bodies and makes our hair cray was non-existent and it felt magical.
I intentionally woke up to watch the sunrise and then did my top 3 thanksgiving writing. I choose "thanksgiving" instead of gratitude because there's something about the word gratitude that makes me feel like it means somewhat attitudey-like. The word thanksgiving to me means more feast and abundance. It just resonates and puts in more present in the actual vibrations of giving thanks for these 3 experiences, things, places, people, resources, etc. For a while I tried the list 10 things to be grateful for and had my clients doing the same thing.
That started to feel so forced and fake to me that I decided to try out "Thanksgiving". Ahhhh yes, that feels so much better. You see instead of me saying this gratitude stuff doesn't work I found something that felt better. That's the whole secret to #goodvibes...becoming so aware of inner-self and what feels in alignment that you become more powerful than doing nothing at all (which is where salty shows up more).
If you've struggled with the whole gratitude thing then try "Thanksgiving". Pick the top 3 things that you would like to express your thanks for and let me know how it feels.
