Whatever your day to day routine is there is no better way than to drift away with the image of a wave or the still of the water.
Water sounds are a great escape and way to minimize the feelings of anxiety. No beach handy? Put on some music, watch a meditation video, or play a favorite old song that will get you in the groove. Seasonal Affective Disorder does exist, but taking care of yourself both mind and body can help you speed up the endorphines for the "feel good feeling" to kick into high gear before our upcoming season. Here's to you "Rising with the Morning sun"
