Chronic stress wreaks havoc on many people, places, and things. Your skin happens to be one of those things that will tell you and others the title of your book. Most people can attribute weight challenges to stress, but what about your dry skin?

I have to admit to you that I (the Stress Expert) do experience stress which is why I became an Expert in this field. What I recently discovered is that my breakouts are because my skin is dry. I didn't think it was, but after a facial and dermaplaning session with Randi it was discovered that the underlying result was the dry skin lead to breakouts. The title of my book should have been called, "You're Hairy & Dry...Go Do Something".

As mundane as this sounds, physical exercise truly does help release some of this stress overload and sometimes "Solitude is good for the soul". Physical exercise can be as simple as starting to walk outdoors for 10-15 minutes. Whatever you do...make one small change to your busy day and your skin will be so grateful.
