I have to admit to you that I (the Stress Expert) do experience stress which is why I became an Expert in this field. What I recently discovered is that my breakouts are because my skin is dry. I didn't think it was, but after a facial and dermaplaning session with Randi it was discovered that the underlying result was the dry skin lead to breakouts. The title of my book should have been called, "You're Hairy & Dry...Go Do Something".

As mundane as this sounds, physical exercise truly does help release some of this stress overload and sometimes "Solitude is good for the soul". Physical exercise can be as simple as starting to walk outdoors for 10-15 minutes. Whatever you do...make one small change to your busy day and your skin will be so grateful. Recently I heard someone refer to their "cellulite" as "jiggly bits". Teaching Women secrets to prioritizing their busy days so that stress, overwhelm, and guilt are a thing of the past.
This week, Jessica interviewed our Massage Team: Courtney, Crystal, & Charmaine. No, we didn't do it on purpose (Massage Therapist interviewed all start with the letter, "C"), our team just happens to have Massage Therapists that start with letter, C.
Mayo Clinic says that "Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg. ... Sciatica most commonly occurs when a herniated disk, bone spur on the spine or narrowing of the spine (spinal stenosis) compresses part of the nerve."
1st we will go over what Courtney has to say about it.
Courtney wants to know if you've done any heavy lifting or strenuous work lately, especially if it's out of the ordinary work. Sometimes when you move in a way that your body is not used to it can cause the nerve to become impinged, pinched, and in shock. The sensation can be from your buttock to the back of your legs to your toes. Courtney said that massage therapy and certain stretches can help relieve this pain. One of the stretches she suggest is to place your right ankle against your left knee, hold the position for a minute before changing legs and repeat by switching side. A Top Tip from Courtney is to avoid driving or sitting down for an extended period of time(get up and walk around every hour). Also make sure your wallet is not in your back pocket. This puts pressure on your sciatica nerve.
Crystal wants to know what is your occupation and your daily activities? She said sitting at a desk and not lifting properly can cause you to have sciatica stress. Have you had any previous injuries or accidents to your back? If you have had car accidents (like me) or surgery then that can cause stress to your lower back and the glutes area. This could pinch the sciatica nerve causing pain from lower back on down. Crystal's top TIP is stretching and ice packs. Lift with your legs (NOT YOUR BACK), stretch one time per hour, take 20 minute Salt Baths(we love Himalayan Sea Salt). Crystal said when she is able to massage your glutes and really focus on the piriformis muscle you should experience relief.
Charmaine kept it short and sweet and she said that even though we are all different and unique most people will find relief within 2-3 massages and it depends upon the severity of it. The most common ages it is seen is from ages 30-70 and men are effected 3 times more than women!!! Go figure! A tip Charmaine would like you to know is to where comfortable, supportive shoes, and back support aides(look for a desk chair with a sturdy support).

There is no question that our mind and the thoughts that go through it are linked to the sensations in our body. Often times if you actually took a moment to scan your body you would likely feel tension, pain, twinges, tightness, and so much more. Maybe you wouldn't even feel those things at all. What if you would actually sit still and feel how wonderful your body did feel? It's possible, but the sad truth is, "When the body is stressed, muscles tense up. Muscle tension is almost a reflex reaction to stress — the body's way of guarding against injury and pain." .
The muscle tension can live on for days, weeks, months. You may not even notice it because it has become your way of life for so long that it may be your "normal". What if you could start to reduce those warning signals and even be more flexible or energized? Recently in my private client sessions I started having them do a mini body scan. The purpose of this is to pay attention to where their symptoms of stress are trying to tell us something. When we are always on the go, too busy to get a massage, constantly multi-tasking, and our memory is weakening I want you to know you have a lot of signs that you may have no clue about. For this moment, I will challenge you to do a 4 Minute "Mindful Body Scan" and please comment with your results(it might help someone else).

Last week we shared with you about waxing and hair care. Today, we are sharing with a Luxury sort of service that we offer by our Licensed Esthetician and Certified Dermaplaner, Randi. When we first heard the word dermaplane I almost couldn't help, but to stop and think about Fantasy Island and Tatoo calling in Da Plane, Da Plane. Quickly I realized that Derma means skin so it had to do with that, but What is Dermaplaning? Jessica interviewed Randi for more information to share with you about the real Dermaplane details and not what I initially thought it was too.
Randi told Jessica that it is a nonabrasive form of exfoliation. The Derma layer (top skin layer) and Vellus hair (aka peach fuzz) is removed. This is recommended about once per month. Your hair will not grow back darker and thicker because there are two(2) types of hair on the body:
1) Vellus Hair– fine translucent hair on cheeks, jaw & neck often referred to as peach fuzz. When Vellus hair is cut the structure of the hair is not changed or damaged.
2) Terminal Hair- thicker colored, coarse hair that grows on legs, arms etc.
So why would we want to do this? Well, I did it and it was amazing! I looked like I had gotten a face lift under my chin! Besides looks some of the other benefits are: smoother skin, awesome exfoliation, your makeup goes on better, and your at home skin care works better.
Facing our Fears:
Does it hurt? No it does not
How long does it take? About 1 Hour
What do I need to do after? Relax, No sweating, steam, avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours. Wear moisturizer & SPF
Can you wear makeup? It is best to wait 24 hours, but we get it(it's not always possible to wait that long and it's not harmful to the process if you must do it sooner).
Do you recommend for acne skin? No but we do offer Acne Facial & a light chemical peel for exfoliation

Last week we talked to Nicky(me) about stress and hair (you win some and you lose some). Today we are talking with Shelly Winters (our Eyelash Extension Expert and Licensed Cosmetologist and if you've never tried one of Shelly's blowouts-you are really missing out!) and Randi Menard(Our General Manager and Licensed Esthetician who has quickly become our Waxpert-she's getting us to grow our hair under our arms so she can wax them off and even got me to wax my inner nose!) It's true and there's a Facebook video to prove it, lol.
Today we are going to be talking about just that...getting your hair to become more luxurious and removing the unwanted via waxing.
Let's Get Down to Brass Waxing:
There are so many reasons that we want to do this, but find that we either don't want to take the time out to grow the hair long enough (a temporary challenge), scared that it's going to hurt, it's embarrassing or some other personal reason. This piece may or may not answer our challenges, but hopefully it can shed a little light as to why we want to do this over shaving. The first thing you need to know is that the hair needs to be about 1/4 of an inch in length (which is about a long grain of rice). My experience has been that the first few days I had to tell myself "DON'T SHAVE UNDER YOUR ARMS TODAY", which meant that I couldn't be distracted during my morning routine, once I overcame the first couple of days I don't even really notice it there anymore and a week later I'm just about ready for the wax. By focusing on the benefits it has helped me stay on track and focused on my mission: I do not have to shave, it's one of the best ways to exfoliate that I can get and that is also preventing skin irritations. When we think of hair, we usually think on top of our heads.
"I'm so stressed out right now. even the hair on my head hurts.-b.b.k.truth
What if I told you that your facial hair, body hair, and lashes are also places that your hair has a mind of it's own? It's true!
Sure you may notice your hair falling, getting more grey or a few greys showing up, a receding line, a "bald spot", but did you know that the average person loses about 100 hairs per day and most people don't even notice. Stress of any type does lead to additional loss, but the actual cause of the shedding isn't always easy. To determine the cause, you should look back at what was happening three, six, or even nine months before the hair loss began.
Now what about your lashes, facial hair, body hair, and here a hair, there a hair, everywhere a hair, hair?
Let's start with Your Prize Possession:
1) Lashes-Stress will either cause you to pull your lashes out or they will fall.
2) Facial Hair- You win some and you lose some. In this case, stress causes unwanted facial hair. In response to stress your adrenal glands pump out "stress hormones". "Excessive hair (key word here is excessive) on the face, especially around the chin, upper lip, breasts or chests, or basically hair on a woman that matches a male hair pattern on a female body is known as hirsutism. Men can have hirsutism when their hair is truly excessive in hormonally dependent areas. A diabetic woman with a full male pattern beard would be said to have hirsutism."
3) Body Hair: "The body areas to look first for androgen sensitivity are the places where terminal hair usually grows on women. Here they are in descending order of sensitivity: pubic area * underarms * perianal area * sideburns * upper lip * periareolar (around the nipple) areas * the chin and “beard” region * arms and legs * between the breasts *shoulders * buttocks * back * abdomen.
"You can evaluate your hair growth first with a scoring tool known as the Ferriman–Gallwey score. This test measures the degree of hairiness or hirsutism a woman is experiencing. You can look at the images and gauge where your hair growth ranks from 0 (no terminal growth) to 4 (maximal growth)."
The good news is because stress and hair are related you can change your present situation. Here are 5 quick ways to reduce the levels of stress in your body. Remember what happens now may not bring visible results for another 3, 6, or 9 months so keep track and focused.
1) Do Not Forget to Breath- (Take at least 3 deeps breaths in and out (blow out longer than you inhale.)
2) Get to know You on a more Intuitive Level (Take quizzes on personalities, journal your likes/dislikes about your day, read those entries at a later date.)
3) Stop Putting it Off!™- (Start to take one small step on each item that you keep putting off (if this is a chronic problem then seek support and accountability.)
4) Pay Attention to What You Eat/Drink and Your Responses to Those- (Sometimes we have a sensitivity or allergy that we are unaware of.)
5) Take a Step Back Before Responding- (Our controlled response is far more powerful than a reaction that you later regret.)

Are you an all or nothing kind of person? Does the idea of starting something overwhelm you and you don't start at all? I'd like to share a quick tip to shift from the "all or nothing mindset" which leads to success in "MindBodyStressLess".
This works for me, as well as my clients. I learned this from my Coach when looking for results to action steps. I have adopted this strategy and implemented in each area of life and when picking a goal or new habit I choose a good number, then a better number, then a best number. For example: I am going to lose @ least 40 pounds. One step to achieving this is that I am going to go to the gym. I measure my success by GOOD=@ least 2 days per week, BETTER=@ least 3 days per week, and BEST=@ least 4 days per week. This allows me to be realistic because not every week I will be able to go as many as 4 days, but it's still good! I have successfully completed 4 weeks, taken an anniversary/birthday trip, and are seeing positive results in most areas of life and business.

As November(one of my favorite months) is hours away and I reflect on the past year I see lots of challenges that we have had to overcome. One being the economic situation of the oil and gas industry and another being the Great Flood 2016. Both of these are still evident today and is no big surprise, however, one that is not so evident and has been a long standing challenge is...You. Actually not You, you, but more like Self. The idea of self-care being a luxury instead of a necessity has been a challenge to overcome.
We got into this industry not because there were millions of dollars up for grabs, but because I was attached to an EKG machine in my mid-30s for lack of caring of myself and giving more than I had in the workforce. It was shortly after my realization that I could die if I didn't begin to understand and change my ways of stress and the pressures that I allowed myself to be under sooner rather than later. Boy, did I ever begin to understand it. I became a Stress Management Life Coach and La Palmera Spa became an extension of this understanding.
I have worked and continue working with my own Coach to make myself a priority. In fact, not only do I walk nearly 4 miles most days I just joined a local crossfit family, called CrossFit Cayenne. I've realized much of my value and without me, I cannot do what I am called to do and that is to be the International Stress Management Life Coach and Owner of La Palmera Spa. Our team all believe in what we do and regularly get massages, facials, use the essential oils, and so much more. So the message that I have for you is truly that Self-Care is not a Luxury.
Don't just take my word for it. In a recent article of Skin, Inc. this holds true in New York as well, "One of the biggest challenges skin care professionals have is convincing clients that skin care is a priority, not a luxury. Regularly getting them back in the treatment room can be a battle."
For my birthday (this is why November is one of my favorite months:) I wish that you take this month to take care of you. You are not a Luxury, you are a priority.

The soap scum line is likely what’s on my face???? WHATT?????
In a recent conversation during training it was brought up that soap tends to be the go-to for face cleaner for many people and there are no visible problems so why stop. I used to and sometimes am that person who just washes her face with soap and moves on. Then a comment was made that it’s likely that the soap scum left in the tub is what our facial skin looks like under the surface. Ummmm gross!
That one comment has made me take 5 minutes per day to actually wash, cleanse, moisturize, and tone my face. This morning I noticed the glow and how easily my makeup was to put on. Can the soap scum really be what was on my face. I don’t know, but it definitely grosses me out at the thought so adios one, two, skip a few steps for self care.
What’s one step that you tend to shortcut? Why do we shortcut our own self-care anyway? Isn't it funny that we make changes based upon something that we fear or want so badly (most of the time it's fear, but hey the other works too).

The Flood of 2016 has taught me a few things. One of those is that cats/dogs can make a point to play this game of chase, hiss, slap, run some more, tag you're it, and hiss again. When they are tired, the game is over and they go back to their spots of comfort. From a human's perspective it would appear that the cat cannot stand the dog and the dog continues to harass her no matter how annoyed she is. Honestly, it's just a game. They seem to enjoy it and we get a laugh for the night. It was even observed that the cat seems to be less stressed when the humans try to get a rise out of her too.
So you see, the Flood of 2016 may have put us all in situations which we are unfamiliar with, but you can be a calmer state (even with more stress) if you allow yourself to play a game, get it out of your system, and go about your business. The problem with us humans is that we tend to let the game keep playing, don't hiss and take control, and we don't allow our own beings to find comfort that we need in a time of unfamiliarity.
Play the game of cat/dog if you need or just laugh at the cat/dog if playing isn't your thing these days, but whatever you do take a break and enjoy the uncomfortable of your present.

The images represent randomness that occurred in my life. The beautiful butterfly landed on the limestone drive during my daily walk and I waited until it opened it's wings to see it in all of it's beauty. The sun images were discovered when I took 1 of our 2 dogs, Jane Alexander, out and looked to the left and realized that just around the back of our home the sun was so bright that I couldn't even look too long. It was amazingly bright and put me in a state of awee.
Both of these are random landings in my life and that's how I feel about a lot of things. The reminders of when we worry and how we never know when a random landing is set to arrive. What if our worry takes up so much space that we miss the random landing? What if we miss out telling someone that we love them? What if we miss the random landing of another person in our life because we are so caught up in the hustle and bustle of each day? What if we miss the random landing of our own being and miss the intentions that are supposed to be taking? What if we miss the random landing of our own health and positive energy because we never stop long enough to take care of ourselves?

I consider Buddha a very wise man. He said "To keep the body in Good Health is a duty...otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind STRONG and CLEAR." From personal experience, I consider this to be truth. When I first opened La Palmera Spa I was so caught up in the day to day going ons, the behind the scene challenges, and the what seemed to be never-ending "band-aids" that I put my duty of achieving good health aside. Growing up I was very active and competitive in several sports and then life as an adult happened. I grew a garden of family, job, financial stress, etc. and then something clicked. I began signing-up for 5Ks, walking/running nearly daily, and from that moment the clarity shows up daily. Granted there was a time period that I took about a month or 6 weeks off of this routine, but got back to it. This has been one of the best things that I have done. I feel the strength and clarity that my Mind gains daily. The MindBody Connection is real and both depend on eaach other.
Recently I've witnessed a great deal of people walking by La Palmera Sap and are doing so for exercise, "wow" a few of us thought, "there are so many people who suddenly taken their health seriously" and then we realized...Pokemon is on the loose. It's quite funny how one little "make believe character" can get us moving. If you don't download Pokemon then create a make-believe character to chase after too. Your good health is your duty and your mind is strong and clear because of it.

Audrey Hepburn said, "To Plant a Garden is to Believe in Tomorrow". Each and everyday we plant seeds that we believe are going to grow. The challenges come in when weeds pop up and steal those nutrients from our plants. We pull, we spray, we fertilize, we do it again day after day.
The same is true when the garden of La Palmera Spa was planted. Each and every day we water it, we fertilize it, we love it, and we believe in tomorrow. We have experienced loss of clients, loss of vital parts of our team, belief in our garden gets tested, challenged, and weeds show up. Once they get to be too strong we pull them out or they eventually wither on their own by taking on a new garden. We remain resilient, we remain faithful, and we remain creative and innovative with you in mind.
To be completely honest with you, we have had many challenges regarding staff to the extreme(death and 2 broken feet) or a little less extreme, but still classified as major loss, such as resignations, not working out for one reason or another , disappointments, etc which has temporarily limited our services that we want to provide. We strive to be more and do more for each of you. We know of the many challenges our area faces, but none of this destroys the belief in our garden, it only empowers us to keep planting and keep weeding.
Speaking of weeding, we are seeing quite a few folks who are injuring themselves in their own gardens or who went Red Snapper Fishing and found themselves injured or sore. As well the recent tornadic activity had lots of trees and debris around and quite a bit of people jumped right in to clean up the mess. All of these activities have led to back pain, neck problems, sciatic issues, etc. Gardening, yard work, and fishing are intense forms of exercise and we are reminding you of proper stretching and regular fitness programs. Because many of our clients are high achievers who work (a lot) and are the DIY type of guy or gal we are just reminding you that a little stretching goes a long way. Have you ever tried a massage or had a bad experience with one and vowed to yourself to never go through that again? Well rumor has it that many people have never had a massage before.
Here are a couple of tips for you to think about if you have secretly wanted one, but don't like people touching you, had a bad one, heard horror stories or whatever has held you back from trying it out.
1) wear as little or as much clothing as you prefer, such as, tank tops, loose shorts, undergarments, nothing, it's all up to you.
2) tell your therapist what type of music you relax best to
3) let your therapist know if you want to talk or just be silent during session
4) tell your therapist what is bothering you most, if the pressure is too hard or too light, and most importantly what you need out of the session most.
The benefits of massage outweigh the fear of being uncomfortable because you are in control of your session.

For me, it's that I always had beautiful eyelashes and never really considered or wished for longer...until now. I am a bit afraid that my natural ones stop growing, but that's false. Eyelashes grow continuously and I am really excited to get mine done. Spring is near! At least according to the clocks that are going to get changed. Is it really that simple to modify and adjust to a new season? For me, I do focus on the amount of time that I get to spend outdoors instead of that one hour of sleep that I won't ever get back until the next time change.
How do you adjust to these seasons?
As winter comes and goes, then comes back, bringing lots of snow to some and just cold to others. Otis Redding said it best..."Sitting with the doc' on the bay Watching the waves roll our away I'm just sitting with the doc' on the bay Passin the time...".
Don't we wish for this dock and the beauty of of an Island far away from the anxiety, stress, and worry. Worry-free from a typical focus on bank accounts, past due fees, or relationship problems? Whatever your day to day routine is there is no better way than to drift away with the image of a wave or the still of the water.
Water sounds are a great escape and way to minimize the feelings of anxiety. No beach handy? Put on some music, watch a meditation video, or play a favorite old song that will get you in the groove. Seasonal Affective Disorder does exist, but taking care of yourself both mind and body can help you speed up the endorphines for the "feel good feeling" to kick into high gear before our upcoming season. Here's to you "Rising with the Morning sun"
From the Mind of a Massage Therapist
When I think of the massage profession and the spa industry as a whole, a quote comes to mind:
"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest accomplishment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." - Leo Buscaglia
And it makes sense, doesn’t it? We are in a position where we have the potential to touch the lives of so many on a daily basis. People come to us for so many reasons, some because they need an escape from their busy lives, others because they have an ailment that they are seeking relief from, or because they are celebrating a special occasion and sometimes it’s because they just need that human connection. When you stop and think about it we are lucky in a sense, because they trust us enough to share their lives with us, sometimes in their most vulnerable moments.
That is why most of us do what we do. Yes, with our knowledge and experience we affect them in a physical way, by working out their muscles, relieving their pain, making them beautiful, etc., but our presence and compassion are what affects them on a mental and emotional level. That compassion and presence is what makes the experience stand out.
This thought was validated for me after reading a book, Life as a Daymaker by David Wagner. His inspirational story is about how he saved the life of a client that was contemplating suicide just by going the extra mile to make her experience a good one, he had no idea at the time that she was that distressed. It wasn’t until he received a letter from her weeks later thanking him that he knew the impact that he had made. He makes a good point by saying What if he would have just rushed through the service, or had he chosen not to joke and laugh with her or had he not spent that extra 15 minutes making her hair look great, what would the outcome have been then? This made me think. What if the next client on my table is going through some battle we know nothing about and the experience she has with me could be the determining factor for her to give up or be the thing that turns her life around. Seems like a lot of pressure to put on giving a massage or any other service, but is it really? Shouldn’t we be giving our best anyway? Shouldn’t our clients have our complete presence and attention for the hour or so that they scheduled with us? Within his book he includes several quotes, two of those quotes stood out to me:
“To be successful, the first thing to do is fall in love with your work.” – Sister Mary Laurette
“No one is useless in this world who lightens the burden of it for someone else.” – Charles Dickens
It is no secret that I love what I do, my biggest reward is not the monetary compensation, but the response and gratitude from the clients that I’ve helped. Making a difference for them in a way is healing for me and also gives me a sense of purpose. While we should do our best to make their day, there are times that in fact without even knowing it, they make our day. That’s not to say that is the case with every client, but if I can touch the life of at least one person in a day, then I have done my job. There is no doubt that this is what I was meant to do.
As massage therapists and spa technicians most of us lead busy lives, but in that treatment room time slows down. In that time, lies an opportunity to make a connection, to make a difference and sometimes even change a life. In achieving that, we ourselves push our bodies to the limit and usually end the day exhausted, but it is the thought of how what we do potentially having a profound impact on someone’s life that inspires us to get up and keep doing it day after day. I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.

I don't know about you, but I've abandoned this Black Friday concept of fighting crowds, arriving the night before to wait in lines, leaving family on Thanksgiving Day to go shopping, or whatever it is that goes on which increases Stress Levels on a day of or after giving Thanks.
Can we really be thankful or excited about giving when stressed out beyond our limits? The idea of being away from the crowds suits me just fine! I'd rather be televised for being at a Spa than fighting over the last toy on the shelf.
I'm not rejecting the idea of Black Friday, for it's just as much as a tradition for some as Thanksgiving, but I'm definitely abandoning it. La Palmera Spa is having Spa Friday Specials where you can get pampered and get that Christmas Shopping done all at once.

So it seems that I have earned a new reputation in town and that I’m now known as “The Oxygen Lady”. Not a reputation that I ever imagined, but it’s fun and makes me chuckle. I first heard this term when I spoke to Chris Rosa, a local newspaper columnist. He was coming to interview me as he was interviewing several other women in the community. I told him my name (Nicky Stansbury), place of business La Palmera Spa & Nicholyn Coaching), and he immediately said, “oh yes, you are The Oxygen Lady”. I admit that I was taken a bit back and remember thinking that I guess I could have been called worse. So he did the interview and found our Oxygen Bar so intriguing that he wanted to do an entire segment on our Oxygen Bar. The article comes out the next day and on the front page there we are. Nowhere in the article did he mention my newest catch phrase, but throughout the community I keep hearing “The Oxygen Lady”. People aren’t even talking to me, but are holding general conversations and using this phrase. So how did I ever become known as “The Oxygen Lady? My only guess is because we have brought in something very new to our community and this is how it came about.
As I was searching for beautiful entrances in the designing phase of La Palmera Spa I found this idea of an oxygen bar. Immediately, I thought that it looked cool and asked Keith (my Husband), if he had ever heard of it or saw one. He said no, but immediately thought of the Scuba Diving training and knowledge that he has for recovery. We talked about it and I researched it further. What I found was a ton of health benefits and the exciting part was that it’s also some aromatherapy involved in this Oxygen Bar. Many NFL players used it and I knew that if they use it with the beatings that they take, then it must work. I continued my research and found an O2 bar that is made by the NFL.
This Oxygen Bar is very mobile so I take it to Expos and health fairs, but for the most part it is hanging out in La Palmera Spa and is used by many. Many people come try it because they are stopped up and not feeling well. They leave feeling refreshed and able to breath clearer. 90% of our energy comes from oxygen and a lack of oxygen can contribute to weight gain, sexual dysfunction, cancer and disease, altitude sickness, fatigue and sleep disorders, suppression of the immune system, poor circulation, poor digestion, depression, memory loss & poor concentration, muscle aches and pains, headaches, and hangovers.
The oxygen is not kept under pressure nor is it administered from a tank, therefore, it is not medical oxygen. The heat of summer has definitely arrived in Southwest Louisiana as it has in many other areas of the world.
Physical activity stresses the body, but heat increases that stress even more. Although, acclimatizing can reduce the severity of stress on your body, it's not likely that can be done every time. The effects include anything from heat rash to heat stroke.
Some of the warning signs to look for include:
By consistently drinking lots of pure water and taking your time when introducing your body to a new environment you can minimize the stress of heat. Make sure to get some rest and relaxation to give your body time to heal itself.
A face is the first thing a person looks at when speaking to you. Do you often worry about someone finding a flaw on yours or do you love your face and have no worries at all.
Many people think about another looking at their face and wondering if they will find something that we see in the mirror and are troubled by, but often attempt to cover.
Facials help with warding off wrinkles and keeping skin hydrated. Often your face will reflect the bad habits or troubled minds that we have. Facials remove the blackheads, exfoliate dry skin, fade dark spots, and remove evidence of bad habits.

So what is an oxygen bar? An oxygen bar is just that...a pub style bar to sit and inhale oxygen. Recently I had the pleasure of attending a health expo at PHI. As part of the benefit for me going the employees were able to try it out and the responses were phenomenal. The skeptics enjoyed it most. While inhaling oxygen you also get aromatherapy thanks to the awesome essential oils that are added to the water so you aren't breathing dry oxygen.
